Manage class areas
When to use this procedure
Follow the steps below to establish and maintain the locations where your classes take place, such as studios or courts.
Steps to complete
Select from the options below to manage your appointment and class areas.
Prerequisites: You must set up locations before you can create class areas.
- On the Add/Change Areas window, click Add.
- Enter a description for the area in the Area Description box.
- Select a location for the area in the Area Location box.
- Click Save.
- On the Add/Change Areas window, select the area you want to edit in the grid.
- Revise the description or location as necessary.
- Click Save.
- On the Add/Change Areas window, select the area you want to delete in the grid.
- Click Delete.
